In Villefranche-sur-Mer, this 2-room apartment overlooking the bay is undergoing a complete renovation, currently underway. The objective: make the most of every square meter and the bay's light, in a contemporary and warm spirit.
A living space facing the sea. The kitchen opens onto the living room: a light-toned central island, graphic pendant lights, and a dining area oriented toward the window and the view. In the living room, a large custom wooden unit combines TV storage and a bookcase, centered around a softly hued sofa. We explain the keys to this type of layout in our article on custom open-plan kitchens.
A bedroom and bathroom designed as a suite. The bedroom opens onto a balcony facing the sea and features an open dark wood walk-in closet. The bathroom combines a walk-in shower, a wooden vanity unit, a backlit mirror, and an illuminated niche, in a beige palette that extends the apartment's ambiance.
A project approved before construction. The images shown depict the apartment as we designed it with our clients: plans and 3D visuals made it possible to finalize every choice of materials and layout before work began.
