Interior architect in Nice - Reinvent your spaces with originality & precision.
At L&DP Atelier, an interior design agency in Nice, we design unique, functional and aesthetic interiors. Apartment and villa renovations, commercial and restaurant fit-outs: we support you in Nice and on the French Riviera, from the initial plans to the completion of the project.
L&DP Atelier is the meeting of two interior architects based in Nice, Hugo and Mathieu: an assertive creative vision and absolute technical rigor, at the service of every project.
Every location is a blank slate. Period apartment to modernize, kitchen or bathroom to reinvent, villa to rethink, commercial space to fit out: we do not apply cookie-cutter formulas. We listen to the spaces and those who live in them to reveal the full potential of every room.
01
Creativity
A unique aesthetic and conceptual approach.
02
Precision
Technical mastery and absolute attention to detail.
Your project in Nice deserves the best.
Based in Nice, L&DP Atelier operates throughout the city and on the French Riviera, from Monaco to Saint-Tropez, as well as in Paris and Lyon, for residential, commercial, and design projects.
Every Nice interior has its own character: bourgeois apartment with original moldings, Art Deco volumes, villa open to the light of the Mediterranean. Our job as interior architects in Nice: to reveal this potential to create living spaces that go beyond simple functionality.
From sketching to material selection, including custom furniture design, we master every stage of the project and oversee the construction site until delivery. Our signature: the balance between bold volumes, natural light, and exceptional finishes.
The harmony of volumes and light
In our projects, light is not merely illumination; it is a material in its own right. It sculpts spaces, highlights textures, and paces the different living areas. We pay special attention to circulation, creating vanishing perspectives that visually enlarge the rooms.
The choice of furniture—whether vintage finds, custom designs, or pieces from major publishing houses—punctuates the space without cluttering it, fostering a clear and soothing reading of the architecture.
Material as a signature
Each L&DP Atelier project is an invitation to explore unexpected material combinations. Raw marble and patinaed wood, poured concrete and velvet fabric, oxidized metal and blown glass: our interiors play with contrasts to create a unique atmosphere, rich in history and meaning.
This material philosophy extends to the creation of custom furniture. We collaborate with exceptional artisans to design unique pieces, true functional works of art that give your interiors their irreplaceable character.
Technology
3D Modeling
Total immersion even before work begins. Our plans and photorealistic 3D visuals allow you to accurately visualize spaces, materials and light: to validate your renovation project in Nice, or to envision yourself in a property before buying or selling it.
Expertise
Our Process.
A rigorous methodology in the service of creativity. From the initial sketch to the handover of the site, your interior designer in Nice supports you every step of the way.
Consultation & Design
It all starts with a meeting. Together, we define your needs, your tastes, and the technical constraints of your space. This sketching phase lays the creative foundations of the project with mood boards and initial spatial proposals.
Modeling & Plans
We bring ideas to life through detailed 2D plans, elevations, and photo-realistic 3D models. This allows you to perfectly visualize volumes, circulation, materials, and lighting even before the work begins.
Choice of Materials
Material is at the heart of our thinking. We carefully select finishes, fabrics, colors, and furniture that will give your interior its unique character, prioritizing quality and overall harmony.
Construction Site Supervision
We help you select qualified craftsmen, analyze quotes, and coordinate the various trades, ensuring strict compliance with plans, deadlines, and budget. End-to-end support, in Nice and on the French Riviera, all the way to turnkey delivery.

He redesigns your spaces to make them more beautiful, more practical and suited to your lifestyle. Where a decorator mainly works on the atmosphere, the interior architect can redistribute rooms, redesign a kitchen or bathroom, design custom furniture and oversee the renovation work. In Nice, L&DP Atelier assists both individuals and professionals: apartments, villas, shops and restaurants.
How does a project with L&DP Atelier work?
It all starts with an on-site meeting to understand your needs, your tastes, and the constraints of the space. We then propose a draft, followed by 2D plans and 3D visuals to validate each choice. Finally, we help you select qualified tradespeople, analyze the quotes, and oversee the construction site until delivery.
How much does an interior designer cost in Nice?
Fees depend on the surface area, the scope of the work and the chosen mission: one-off advice, plans and 3D visuals, or complete project management until the end of the works. After an initial discussion, we provide you with a free and detailed quote, tailored to your project and your budget.
How long does an apartment renovation take in Nice?
It all depends on the scale of the project. Allow a few weeks for the design phase (plans, 3D, choice of materials), followed by a few weeks to several months of work. In a co-ownership building, also consider any necessary authorizations: approval from the property manager or general meeting, prior declaration at the town hall for certain works. A precise schedule is established before the work begins.
Can you see your future interior before the work starts?
Yes. Our plans and photorealistic 3D models show the volumes, materials and light before the first hammer blow. It is also a valuable tool for visualizing a property before buying it, or for selling it better by showcasing its potential.
Do you work outside of Nice?
Yes. Based in Nice, the agency operates throughout the city and on the French Riviera, from Monaco to Saint-Tropez, as well as in Paris and Lyon. Discover our work in the Projects section.
