In a Monaco apartment, we envisioned a young man's universe: a bedroom, a workspace, and a bathroom brought together in a contemporary, warm, and highly functional spirit. The project was designed using 3D visuals; the work is upcoming.
A living space under the mezzanine. The wood and glass staircase becomes a full-fledged architectural element. Under its steps, we integrated a custom-built desk, storage units, and a bookcase, facing large glass bay windows. Bouclé armchairs and circular pendant lights create a welcoming seating area. To go further, discover our advice on custom bookcases and walk-in closets.
A soothing bedroom. Gray-toned bed, duck-egg blue velvet pouf, backlit wall niches, and dark hardwood flooring: the palette remains restrained and masculine, warmed by indirect lighting. The bedroom is designed to accommodate a young adult, balancing work, relaxation, and sleep.
A graphic bathroom. Fluted wood panels, a wall-mounted vanity, black fixtures, and a towel warmer make up an elegant and easy-to-live-in bathroom. This project is the counterpart to the young girl's bedroom designed in the same apartment.
