CREATION OF A COMMERCIAL SPACE

On the port of Nice, we are supporting the complete creation of a commercial space, currently underway. The photos presented show the space before work: a raw volume to be transformed into a welcoming environment for customers and practical for the operator.

A raw starting point. Concrete floor, exposed technical ducts, metal mezzanine structure, and former water point: the space had to be completely rethought, from the layout of the spaces to the utilities, lighting, and finishes. As with every project, the first step consisted of taking exact measurements and assessing the condition of existing utilities.

A layout subject to precise rules. A space receiving the public must comply with accessibility and security requirements, to which are added, depending on the location and activity, procedures with the co-ownership association or the city hall. Our role. Floor plans, 3D visuals, selection of materials, and artisan coordination: we support the project from conception to opening. Photos of the fitted-out space will be added at the end of the construction work.
