A foreign couple wanted a pied-à-terre in Paris, ready to live in and reflecting their personality. We carried out the complete renovation of this 3-bedroom apartment with a view of the Eiffel Tower, starting from a completely stripped-down shell.
Starting from scratch. All partitions were removed, as well as the floor, wall, and ceiling coverings. This blank slate made it possible to redesign the room layout, let light circulate, and open up views of Paris. This type of project requires upfront preparation: we detail the points to watch out for in our article on structural modifications of an apartment.
An upscale and minimalist interior. The apartment aims to be modern and sleek, driven by noble materials and textures. The kitchen, with its minimalist lines, opens onto the city. The hallway, warm and devoid of superfluous ornamentation, connects the living areas, and the living rooms benefit from a golden light that enhances every material.
A turn-key pied-à-terre. For owners who do not live in Paris year-round, the challenge was to deliver a functional and immediately livable space. L&DP Atelier, an interior design agency based in Nice, thus supports complete renovations in Nice, on the French Riviera, and in Paris.
