COMPLETE RENOVATION OF A T4BIS HAUSSMANN-STYLE APARTMENT

Project Description

This complete renovation project of a 130 m² Haussmann-style apartment was designed for a couple passionate about art and design, eager to create a space where elegance harmonizes with comfort. Their vision was based on generous volumes conducive to conviviality and sharing, while reflecting a strong taste for noble materials and personalized details.

Every room, from the living room to the master suite, has undergone a meticulous transformation to offer a sophisticated yet warm setting, where each decorative element has been carefully selected to embody their passion for refined design and their sense of hospitality.

Living Area Part

The living room, the true centerpiece of the apartment, is distinguished by its molding-adorned ceilings and custom wood-paneled walls. The carefully selected furniture alternates between contemporary pieces and references to vintage design, creating a harmonious dialogue between tradition and modernity. A central blown-glass chandelier, suspended above the dining table, captures the light to illuminate the entire space, while white marble and touches of warm wood bring a dimension that is both luxurious and warm.

Entrance Hall Part

The entrance hall was designed as a true welcoming jewel box. The black-and-white geometric patterned marble floor subtly contrasts with the gold-framed mirrors, giving an impression of grandeur and depth. The brushed brass sconces and custom furniture testify to the attention paid to the finishes and the desire to create a passage that is both majestic and functional, in keeping with the desired spirit of the entire apartment.
