This project consisted of creating and outfitting an 81 m² townhouse for a couple with a child, while incorporating an interior design agency. The challenge was to create a hybrid space, combining both the living area and the professional area, while respecting an atypical, contemporary, and warm architecture. The program required the spaces to be visually connected and organized across multiple levels through the use of platforms and stairs.
The idea of this project was to create a space bathed in light, without strict separation between the different zones, to offer a feeling of openness and continuity. An outdoor patio and a mini pool add a touch of greenery and calm to the heart of this urban environment. The challenge was to design a unique architecture, where every interior and exterior element contributes to creating a fluid and atypical visual and sensory experience, while harmoniously integrating the Nice living environment.
This architectural project reinvents the townhouse in an urban setting with a modern facade, blending large glass openings and wooden elements. Each floor maximizes natural light and offers outdoor spaces such as terraces and balconies. Circulation between levels is fluid, with well-defined spaces for living, working, and relaxation, creating a balance between modernity and comfort in a dense environment.
Agency Part
The professional part features a dedicated entrance for welcoming clients, a meeting room, offices for employees, a material library, and a break area with a kitchenette. All these spaces combine functionality and comfort in this creative workspace.
