REDEVELOPMENT OF A GARDEN AND SWIMMING POOL

In the heart of the Libération district in Nice, this Belle Époque villa with ochre facades benefits from extensive outdoor space. We redesigned the entire garden, terrace, and pool surroundings. The project was designed with 3D visuals and work is currently underway.

A structured, Mediterranean garden. Large light-colored slabs unify the terrace and pathways. An exterior staircase connects the garden levels, punctuated by masonry planters filled with olive trees, citrus trees, palms, and cycads. Gravel areas provide contrast and reduce maintenance. These Mediterranean materials and plants match the Nice climate and southern light.

A pool at the center of outdoor living. The rectangular pool is bordered by sun loungers, while a dining table finds its place on the terrace, in the shade of the vegetation. The whole setup creates distinct areas for swimming, lunching, and relaxing, in harmony with the villa's architecture.
