This is a complete renovation of a 3-bedroom apartment for a foreign couple wanting a pied-à-terre in Paris. All partitions, as well as floor, wall, and ceiling coverings, were removed. We turned it into a high-end apartment, intended to be modern and minimalist with noble materials and textures.

A foreign couple wanted a pied-à-terre in Paris, ready to live in and reflecting their personality. We carried out the complete renovation of this 3-bedroom apartment with a view of the Eiffel Tower, starting from a completely stripped-down shell.

Starting from scratch. All partitions were removed, along with the floor, wall, and ceiling coverings. This clean slate made it possible to redraw the layout of the rooms, let the light circulate, and open up views of Paris. This type of project requires upfront preparation: we detail the key points to watch out for in our article on structural modifications of an apartment.

A high-end and minimalist interior. The apartment is designed to be modern and sleek, driven by noble materials and textures. The kitchen, with its minimalist lines, opens onto the city. The hallway, warm and free of superfluous ornamentation, connects the living spaces, and the living rooms benefit from a golden light that enhances every material.

A turnkey pied-à-terre. For owners who do not live in Paris year-round, the challenge was to deliver a functional and immediately habitable place. L&DP Atelier, an interior architecture agency based in Nice, thus supports complete renovations in Nice, on the French Riviera, and in Paris.
